Starting Up in Business

Getting your business set-up
Having successfully evaluated your business we now need to decide on the most relevant company structure to operate through – a sole trader, partnership, limited liability partnership or limited company.
Should you choose a Limited Company option then we will complete any necessary registrations with Companies House.
Working together we can help you to prepare a business plan, cash flow projections, budgets and trading forecasts. Knowing what your financial requirements are as a result of this will enable us to advise on the best sources of finance and draw up the necessary proposals.
Establishing a good working relationship with your bank is essential to your continued success as you grow – we will help you to do that.
